Our section can only stay strong by sharing a common set of beliefs that we all stand by, and for? We believe that these commitments serve to create a strong, winning culture!

We create, and maintain, a welcoming environment – this applies to members, visiting opponents, visitors, umpires and spectators

We are all engaged with the club and passionate about its success. We constantly search for solutions to make the club stronger and always err on the positive!

We have fun together in organised social activities, and we are passionate about taking training seriously, but we have fun too!

We believe in making commitments, and following through. It’s not that we expect everyone to show up for everything, but if we say we will, we will!

Our Men’s section is part of a wider team, whom we respect, value, and appreciate. Reading Hockey has thriving Vets, Colts and Ladies sections, so there is something here for everyone in the family!

We value feedback to make our section better, as long as it is delivered with a positive intent.
