GU16 training sessions are:
Sundays 11.45 to 13.00*
Wednesdays 18.45-20.00
* all matches are on Sundays. If you have been selected for a match then there is no training session.

The Girls Under 16 Ospreys play in the England Hockey GU16 Tier 1 Championships which operated in 2 stages as follows:
Stage One

Teams will play in a zonal league:
Dates: Sept 24, Oct 8,15, Nov 5,19 26, Jan 21

Stage Two

Top 2 teams in each zonal league will qualify for Supra League - 4 leagues with 4 teams in each, 16 teams in total
Dates: Feb 25, Mar3, Mar 17

Top 2 teams in each Supra League will qualify for the Finals weekend - 8 teams in 2 pools of 4,
Dates: Saturday and Sunday 13/14 April.

Teams who finish 3rd and 4th in Supra League will play in KO Shield
Dates: 24th March Quarter Final, 14 April Semi Final 28 April Final

Teams who do not qualify for Supra league will play in KO Vase and Plate,
Dates Feb 4,25, Mar17,24 April13 Final
