We provide a wide range of training session to cater for all levels of commitment and ability. There are general sessions for the casual player, selection and performance squad sessions for the more elite club players. The Junior section run two sessions a week with training midweek and matches on a Sunday.

Performance Training: Tuesday (SLS) 20:00 - 22:00 & Thursday (SLW) 20:15 - 22:00
General Training: Thursday 18:45 - 20:15
Women's Training
Performance Training: Tuesday (SLW) 20:00 - 22:00 & Thursday (SLS) 20:15 - 22:00
General Training: Wednesdays (SLW) 20:00 - 21:30 or Thursday (SLW & SLS) 18:45-20:15
Back to Hockey: Wednesdays (20:00 - 21:30)
Players from any team and new members are welcome to attend general section sessions or Back to Hockey, other sessions are by invitation. Please contact the relevant Club Captain to ensure that you attend the correct training session.
